The company didn’t realize that UPS trucks aren’t air-conditioned in Florida and it’s way too hot to be leaving orders at the door, so we believe that’s why our roses did not last long. Will be waiting till the cooler months to order again.

We take great care in preparing every order before it leaves our farm, and we can confirm that the flowers spend the majority of their journey in refrigerated transport. However, during the final stage of delivery, we have limited control over the conditions they may encounter.
We understand that Florida's heat can be especially challenging for fresh flowers during the summer months, and that this can sometimes impact the longevity despite our best efforts.
We appreciate your understanding and agree that cooler weather can provide more favorable conditions for flower deliveries.

Beautiful flowers and 5 days after delivery they are still beautiful. There was one poor decapitated rose in the box ( along with a headless stem, of course) and 2 of the roses had bent stems near the bloom. That affected the life of only one of them. Very pleased overall. Will order again though probably not red next time. I picked these because my husband favors red roses, and it is our 43rd anniversary this week.

Ok, first of all, I love DA roses. I am growing 22 shrubs and climbers in my garden. However, I ordered a Leonora bouquet(creamy white) and so far I have received a beautiful pink bouquet meant for someone else and when they promptly dispatched a new order when I told them of the mistake, I then received a bouquet of Sorbet Shades. As beautiful as both bouquets are - I did this order as a test run for my Niece’s wedding in August to do a mock up of her bridal bouquet and bridesmaids flowers and now that isn’t going to happen. Sadly disappointed.
PS- If you read their response to my review you can see what awesome customer Service they have and how great they take care of all of their customers. Thank you so much for all the work you’ve done to rectify this and for all the beautiful roses that we all get to enjoy in our gardens.

My mother really enjoyed receiving her bouquet of roses for Mother’s Day. They were in perfect condition upon arrival, had a wonderful scent and directions inside helped her get the most out of the roses as far as longevity is concerned.
The only critique from her was the color of the box, tissue paper and etc. She didn’t understand why everything was in black for such a beautiful bouquet. She was confused by what the gift was. The arrival package didn’t match what the gift was inside. Other than that, she was extremely pleased.

Our roses are intentionally packaged in our signature midnight blue gift box, wrapped in matching tissue paper and adorned with ribbon as part of the David Austin Rose Bouquets presentation experience. The darker packaging was chosen to create an elegant, luxurious contrast that helps protect and showcase the beauty of the blooms inside upon opening.
We are truly delighted to hear that, overall, she was extremely pleased with the bouquet.
Customer service is exceptional. When the carrier could not deliver on Saturday like I paid for my shipping cost was refunded. The roses were traveling longer then, so some of the outer petals were brown and the roses were limp. They quickly perked up when I put them in water and my mother was delighted with the bouquet.
