I am grateful for the personal service from Araya Garcia who helped me track down a UPS shipment. When the Houston office notified me that the package had shipped, but the UPS service said it had not received it, Araya figured out the problem, suggested a solution, double checked the shipment details, and made sure my package arrived safely.
