Finding DAVO has been a game-changer
Finding DAVO has been a game-changer. Not having to manage calculations, drawing from a savings account, timing payments, and occasionally missing a payment, has been worth the money paid. I can't tell enough business owners about DAVO, need a referral program.

No Accountability
DAVO's check to our Tax Authority was returned due to "Refer to Maker", which cased our tax return payment to be late, creating penalties, fees, and interest. DAVO has failed to take responsibility, and our company has had to settle with the Tax Authority.
Their QuickBooks integration and lack…
Their QuickBooks integration and lack of flexibility is insanely frustrating. The way they handle invoices for a 30 day net customers is not appropriate.

Sales Tax returns
Nice have someone else responsible for the tax filings and reports. My only grip is that some months the sales tax return is only recording the second page of the return - this does not give me the total information including early tax discount to properly post my journal entry.
"No worries"
"No worries" DAVO gots it. A great feeling to have that your taxes are getting paid and filed on time. Thank you
