They told me they had everything they needed to make my sales tax payment. When it came time for payment to be sent, they were unable to log in to my account. I gave them username and password and they said okay good this is what we need. On the day for tax payment to be paid, it wasn't. I asked for refund. Refund will take 3-5 business days. Now my tax payments are late and I get to pay the fees. THANK YOU DAVO!
We love the whole process . Never having to worry about sales taxes So fast set it up and they do the rest.

As mentioned by other reviewers... the worst customer service imaginable. You will wait days for a scheduled call only to be connected with someone who barely speaks English. Then you have to request again to speak to someone in an English speaking country. If you have a very simple brick and mortar location with one POS I can see how their system would work fine for you. But it did not work for me.
Customer service is awful. Very hard to get in touch with someone when you need immediate attention. To speak to someone on the phone you need to schedule a time which is typically days out. Just awful
Really excellent platform. We actually save more money than we spend on the app just by paying a few days early. In 20 years of business, we’ve never done that before. Even more importantly, it eliminated a huge pain point for us. Sales taxes nearly sank our business years ago—now we don’t even think about them. Absolute no‑brainer.
Program is easy to set up and the staff is very helpful. Helps us stay current on our taxes and save money with early filing.
Multiple months have been filed incorrectly. While they are filed on time, any amendments will be outside the filing window and we will lose any credits we are entitled to. We are deeply unsatisfied with how this service is being handled.
They take the pressure off of me each day with taking out sales tax and each month by filing sales tax return. A no brainer

No customer service reps to speak to makes it hard to stay in touch on crucial needs
Signed up for DAVO, they never filed any sales tax returns with Mississippi tax commission and never paid any of the $$$$ they set aside to pay my sales taxes. Be aware, they take the $$ before you can get them deposited in the bank, this resulted in over $500 in NSF fees at the bank and not to mention late Fees and Fines from the State Tax Commission. The only way I found out was the call from State Tax Commission. Some would say, "why didn't you know before the Tax Commission called you?" BECAUSE, that's what I was paying DAVO to handle so I didn't have to worry about it!
Love it! It’s straightforward. I get a daily email stating how much will be put aside and customer service is amazing!
