They assisted me to gain control and they directed me in making the right report concerning the incident. The most notable thing was their ability to stay in contact until everything was sorted out. It was not a swift remedy, but they never faded away on me.

Our IT team was small
Our IT team was small, and we required an external assistance within a short period of time following a phishing attack. Daxguard was involved in a timely manner and assisted us back on our feet. They also provided us with a checklist which we continue to utilize.
