Bought an alternator for my ram it failed at the 18 month mark reached out to them being that there's no crazy wiring in my truck I've only driven it 20,000 miles since installation it told me there's nothing they can do they offer a one year warranty their hands are tied they offered me a 5% discount I told him that's ludicrous I could spend four times the amount of what they charged me originally and come out cheaper and if I had to replace my alternator every year and a half with them I've asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to email sales and it was responded to by a salesman who told me there's nothing they could do for me call the next day ask for supervisor there's no supervisor working so evidently there's no supervisors for this company there's also the owners evidently because you would think with all the negative reviews that they're getting behind not standing behind their product the owner would reach out the industry standard is 5 to 7 years for an alternator there's his lasting one and a half that's absolutely insane to not be willing to work with anyone on the warranty being one year they're severely taking advantage of the American consumer being made in America used to mean something these guys are making it mean nothing

Beware
Beware! Starter lasted a month. When I tried to get replacement or refund, nothing but dishonesty and run around.
Found this through a recommendation from a vintage motorcycle group. Needed a replacement battery for a 1963 Honda. They had exactly what i needed! Site was very easy to navigate, price was competitive and shipping was super fast!

Yes, I’m trying to get a hold of Gilbert Brown. I have found his Costco credit card and I have Kentucky fried chicken I was I was driving down the road on Highway 50 I want to return it to him. I don’t know how to get a hold on so I just did a search on Google. Yeah it’s a zoom. It says Costco one executive wholesale card. I just want to make sure I got it back safely. Horrible products and customer service
I bought an alternator that was supposed to be high performance. I had it on my truck for just over a year in which I probably logged 50 hours on and it failed. They wont replace it or refund because they only warranty for a calendar year. I was told “tough luck, too bad we cant help you” so thats what you get for 300$ a pos that will last just long enough for them to keep your money and then tell you tough luck. Dont buy from this company. There are way better products that the company will stand behind.
I heard nothing but good things Abt you guys however I purchased an alternator and thirteen months later it failed, you guys said sorry and that was it. I'm a small business owner and if that's the way I did business I would be out of business. Think again before ordering.
Product pricing, availability and shipping times/costs were all excellent. As far as the actual product, it fit and worked perfectly but I was disappointed to see that the item I ordered had been outsourced to a third party vendor by DB Electrical and had a "Made in China" sticker on the box. Nothing too surprising at this price point but still discouraging.
Ordered a starter for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler on Christmas Day and it was at my house in 5days. Installed it and the Jeep came to life!!!! Highly recommend ordering from DB Electrical.
I bought a DB alternator for a Hyundai Santa Fe a year and 3 months ago and the alternator is now not charging the battery. Poor quality and durability, the car has only traveled 5000 miles.
I had a new starter that malfunctioned and may have even my own fault, but the company gladly and quickly replaced it and made return shipping super easy with emailing me a UPS shipping label so all I had to do was box and drop off.
