I bought an ikier k1 pro max 24/48. After assembly, 2 things do not work. As I looked at the reviews, a lot of users have this problem. First, the return to home does not work. The device has exceeded the maximum range of movement. Second, the autofocus does not work. It always gets stuck, you have to help it by turning the screw. I am very disappointed with the quality!
I ordered an Atomstack X30 Pro with approx. 30 W laser power on October 30, 2023. About ten days later I received the items I ordered promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately, due to a mishap on my part, a limit switch broke. I informed Atomstack of this by email and received a replacement switch without any charge about two weeks later. Email traffic with Atomstack was very good and fast. After assembling and commissioning the laser, I can give atomstack the best compliments. Everything worked perfectly and the cutting and engraving quality is optimal. So I carried out various test jobs with poplar plywood and balsa wood in various thicknesses in the best quality. I'm very satisfied.
