I had a representative by the name of Brandon. He was probably the most polite, respectful and professional person I’ve ever talked to! My personal financial issues are such a private area but Brandon never made me feel guilty about my debt and never made me feel inferior in any way! He was there to help me learn about financial freedom! Thank you for hiring such a competent, professional person!

So far everything is going as planned. They are very informative and are keeping up with emails and keeping in contact with their clients. they are making sure you understand your rights and laws with creditors. I look forward to completing the program.
I’m in the beginning stages
So far this program lives up to what the reviews and what the program advertises. I had a very good experience with the customer service representative on the phone. She spent an hour and a half speaking with me about the program in depth and so far as of today everything is going as planned. I have spoken with the other Program similar and they were not as thorough as this company is. I do believe this program is going to work for me and for many others.
Communication They were very good at explaining everything more than once to make sure I understood what was going to happen.
Brian Jordan, was so thorough and patient with me. He went through all the details with me. Answered all my questions. Even though this was a hard decision for me. I feel confident I made the right choice to have Americor help me get the burden of debt accumulated while fighting cancer, off my back. Thank you!

For starters it is nice hearing a calming voice. They helped every step of the way. Didn’t do anything by myself. Made sure I understood everything, kept asking if I had questions after every little bit they covered. They made you feel like you have a team behind you
I feel very confident in this company but, more importantly, in its employees, Codi and Melinda. They were invaluable in answering my questions and, as the saying goes, dotting the i's and crossing the t's. We spent over two hours on the phone, and they both made me feel important and not once made me feel inferior due to my situation.
