What people say

Total scam.

OMG. What a scam. I cannot believe I wasn't smart enough to read the reviews first. DO NOT buy anything from this company. The clothes I bought look nothing like the pictures on the website. It's like someone took a picture of the shirt pattern, printed on the cheapest fabric they could find and sewed it together. I am now trying to return my full order and they are stonewalling me. So frustrating.

Mostly PRINTED SHIRTS, NOT EMBROIDERED.

The shirts (3) I received weren't nearly as "crisp" in the printing department as the pictures in the ad. Blurry and cheap looking. Also beware of the word "PRINT". It means it's NOT EMBROIDERED even though they use the word "EMBROIDERED" in the description. I could get these for about $15 here. AND they ship from CHINA.... They don't tell you that. 3 weeks MINIMUM.

This company should be demolished

This company should be demolished. We are working on getting rid of such scams. Wake up everybody never ever buy from this place. They claim to help cancer patients with money when they are stealing from customers not to mention the clothes are a scam. Some people never receive their items and when they do they are just printed on material not the real deal. Never never order from this China based company along with temu or shine all junk.

PURPLE

I just so love the look of your dresses they are so very beautiful and i have now bought 2 different 1.'s I hope you notes that both of them have Purple in as this 💜 this my favourite colour and i also love Lilac, the was the flowers on the dress seem to jump out of the dess is so Amazing, they are really so stunning I will but buy more when I get more money. 😊 Thanks very much.

CRAP

If I could give Deeove minus a million stars I would. ** READ TO THE END TO SEE HOW TO GET A REFUND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED FROM THESE THIEFS ... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT YET! Nothing is as it is described. The item I ordered was supposed to be made of cotton & linen and high quality. It turned up with no tags, made of a cheap polyester with a crappy print. Disgusting. They also overcharged me. It was supposed to be AU$32 with discounts included. They ended up charging me in American dollars and it cost me double. They would not refund. Kept offering me discounts on my next purchase. The payment went through PayPal as a guest so I contacted PayPal with all my evidence and they refunded me my money in full within 24hrs.

Fraud in Plain Sight

The descriptions, pictures, and specifications DO NOT match the product you will receive. There is no embroidery, no linen, no cotton. Their clothes are printed on synthetic fabrics with low-resolution designs, looking stained instead of ready. These aren't items that can be worn. When requesting a refund, you will receive an offer for 20% discount on more low-quality items, and will be told that the items must be returned to China, when their page claims for the company to be in Ohio. The address in their website is fake and non-existing: 4836 Rainbow Drive, Canton OH 44702 US

Update about DEEOVE and other fake sites.

I have submitted a review before about DEEOVE and this is a followup. I already received my money back through dispute through my credit card and also filed a report with the FTC as everyone tells us to do. I did some deep diving and this is what I have learned. First most of these companies clone other pictures and ads from other retailers, hotels, merchandise etc. They will clone an entire website. There is nothing the cloned company can do. Most push their ads through social media such as YouTube, Tic-Tok and Facebook. Those social sites are supposed to have a verification process in place but often these companies submit a small legitimate sales ad that gets approved but once approved they put up the ads that scam people. None of the social media sites follow up or monitor these people. They do nothing but collect the money for accepting the advertising. These media sites put out disclaimers that they are not responsible for anything that happens to you if you purchase from these sites. The social media sites accept the money to accept the add, put out a disclaimer to cover their own behinds,( there is actually a law that protects them from liability but allows them to accept the payments and permit the advertising.) and then totally turn their backs while counting the money they are depositing in their accounts. Finally the FTC. Everyone tells you to report them, however, the FTC can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO PREVENT IT OR STOP IT if the company is not based in the United States. All they can do is keep a record of the reports. All these companies are outside the US. The internet regulates nothing and that is why scams run wild like the wild west. Your best bet is to check reviews on the company. Not the reviews shown on the company website but reviews on another sight such as TrustPilot. Always, if you do decide to purchase, use a credit card with fraud protection so you can dispute it and get your money back if you did not receive what was depicted. What ever type service the company uses to accept card payments will eventually cancel their service if they receive too many charge backs (card disputes), however, it can be months before it catches up with them and they just put another server in its place and continue to do business.. Always buyers beware. These companies know fully well that they are scamming you and have no intention of returning your funds, they know you can't stop them and they will continue to do so as long as people keep playing the game. The best thing to do is be smart and use common sense. Good luck to you all. PS. Deeove has offered me a 20% discount coupon for a new purchase ( REALLY ??!!!!) if I will keep the merchandise and shut up and help them out by leaving them alone. Of course I said NO! and still demanded a full refund.
