I found the English grammar in the text is poor and too wordy. Some questions on the tests are awkwardly worded and confusing.

Defensive Driving Course Review
The course is well designed and very easy to navigate from one lesson to the next. The course is 4+ hours but you can take breaks and not required to finish the test all at one time

Thank you for your 4-star review, Azteca! We're glad you found our course well-designed and easy to navigate. The flexibility to take breaks and complete the course at your own pace is definitely one of the benefits we prioritize for our students.
Since it sounds like you had a positive experience overall, we'd love to know what we could have done to earn that 5th star. We're always looking for ways to improve.

This online class was amazing
This online class was amazing! It let me go at my own pace, and I could visually follow along with the audible reading of the material. There were tests spaced every so often to keep me on my toes! The information presented was fantastic, relevant, and done in a very interesting way. I never got bored! It took me several days to finish, but that's okay, I still finished and got my Certificate. And out of all the tests, I only missed ONE question! So I gave myself a star at the end of the program! Overall, much better, much, much better than expected!

Congratulations on only missing one question throughout the entire course! That's impressive, and you absolutely deserve that star you gave yourself at the end! It sounds like you really engaged with the material and got a lot out of it.

Quick response to questions and fast processing of results
I chose this company (DDI) after reading reviews of various programs. I noticed some complaints about other companies being slow or non-existent to reply to inquiries. That is a big concern especially when doing everything online. This company does the opposite! I had a question during one of my quizzes and I also found an error in one of the quiz questions. They replied to me within a couple hours and fixed the problem right away!
Once I finished the online exams (at midnight Saturday) I immediately scheduled for the driving test for Monday. By the end of Monday, I had my test results and my driver exam results on file and I was fully licensed!

I want to say how much I appreciate the effort put into creating it. The content was very clear, practical, and helpful, especially for new drivers who may not know all the rules. I learned many important things that I never thought about before, and now I feel more confident and responsible on the road. This course not only teaches what to do and what not to do, but it also shows how important safe driving is for protecting ourselves and others. Thank you for the hard work and dedication to public safety—it truly makes a difference.🙏
