Defy Medical have been phenomenal

Defy Medical have been phenomenal. Since the very start when I was a patient at start and I reverted back to this clinic because of how easy it was to get started. Someone was always accessible to talk to, answer any questions and assist with anything within the clinic. I love that they have their own pharmacy. And most of all my recent experience with a PA in a recent appointment. Mike PA was very thorough with my appointment as we went over my recent labs and asked me questions no had ever asked me before. He wanted to help to get to a solution to my problem so I can feel better. I enjoy the discussion and reason I’m a returning patient to Defy. Thank you so much for caring .

He taught me more in a short phone call than anyone of the three doctors I dealt with at a major Medical Center in New York City did in the three years I was being treated for low testosterone. He not only explained the physiology, but the mechanics of the medicine and the different hormones and how they interact. I got educated.

The appointment itself was awesome

The appointment itself was awesome. Michelle was great. She listened, answered all my questions and had a plan for us now and also going forward. It was thorough and she was extremely knowledgeable. My current hormone prescriptions were running low, so my only criticism is that when I went to book my first appointment, they were all a couple weeks out, until I happened upon Michelle. She had one two days later so I immediately booked her. I’m so glad she was such a good match for me.
