Elizabeth went beyond…
Elizabeth went out of her way--beyond the extra mile--today to be sure that we got our questions answered and our issue resolved. We're looking forward to our contractor installing our highly rated Della 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Ductless Mini Split and other items we ordered. Thanks so much, Elizabeth!
Great customer service!
Great customer service! Della worked with us directly to identify which model would work best for our building size. The staff have been excellent and customer service was wonderful. We are so appreciative of the patience provided in meeting our needs. Thanks Janice and Luther
