The Canvas was a great anniversary gift. I took off 1 star because the picture isn't as crisp as I would have liked, but, it's possible that was my fault as I cropped the picture prior to upload so resolution might have been lower than it should have been. But, hanging on the wall it looks great and arrived quickly. My wife loves it.

This was a simple picture of encouragement ( in the Lord). I submitted my husband's photo and they placed it in the picture with Jesus. Nothing else needed to be done. I think he will really like this for Fathers Day.

The quality was horrible they sent the wrong size and didn’t want to give me a refund I’m returning the canvas and I won’t be referring this company to anyone they have been lying for a week sending my refund horrible customer service a scam and fraud company

After reviewing our communication, we'd like to clarify a few details, Rhonda. The canvas you received was produced in the 24" × 16" size, which was the exact size selected when the order was placed. While we understand the size was not what you expected, it was not a manufacturing error or an incorrect size being sent.
To save you the time and inconvenience of returning the canvas, we offered a very generous partial refund, allowing you to keep the canvas without the hassle of shipping it back. You accepted this resolution, and we promptly processed the agreed refund. We also explained that, depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
The very next day, before the normal refund processing period had passed, a chargeback was opened with your payment provider. Once a chargeback is filed, the payment becomes part of the card issuer's dispute process, which prevents us from completing the refund directly to your original payment method. This is why the refund could no longer be credited in the usual way, rather than any unwillingness on our part to honor the agreed resolution.
We understand your frustration and regret that this situation escalated. Throughout the process, our team responded promptly, honored the agreement we reached, and worked to resolve your concern in good faith. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances and sincerely wish you all the best.
