The customer service is outstanding. It’s immediate and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with getting the wrong orifice for the natural gas to LP conversion from the manufacturer. The owner not only got back to me immediately on a Saturday but he shipped the correct ones to me next day delivery! Thank you guys for making it easy for me to enjoy my new grill!
We purchased three items for our outdoor kitchen including a Blaze LTE+ Grill, Blaze Power Burner and a Summerset 32” Farmhouse style sink from Designing Backyards recently. We were very confused with the range of options available in the market and could not finalize even after 2 months of searching around. We serendipitously found Designing Backyards. We got connected to Luca through their online chat, and boy he was a real star salesperson. He made our entire shopping experience seamless. He patiently listened to our needs, understood our budget and behaved as a real fiduciary. He helped in researching, comparing and advised us on the best products with a long-term durability view while ensuring we stay within our budget. Once we placed the order, he meticulously kept us updated on the order and shipment status. We received our equipment in California within 2 days of ordering ensuring we stay on track for our project schedule. Thank you Luca! We were so impressed with this experience that we also referred our neighbor too who also ended up ordering a couple of the kitchen appliances for their custom kitchen.
I just purchased a Blaze grill from Designing Backyards. Before ordering, I confirmed with Luca that the grill I wanted was in stock. After I placed my order, Luca emailed me to say that the grill I had ordered had gone out of stock and that Designing Backyards would upgrade me to the next level grill at no extra charge. Wow! Such integrity and customer service is a real rarity these days! Order went smoothly and product was shipped and delivered quickly. Product was well packaged for shipment, resulting in no obvious damage. I would absolutely order from Designing Backyards again.
