They had the grill I was looking for when others did not. They shipped it out very quickly and arrived sooner than expected. There was a slight problem with the shipping but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. When I txt'd the response was soon to follow. I'd definitely purchase from them again!

I ordered a BroilMaster Marine Grade 32” drop in grill w/cart and Rotisserie kit. The customer service with Designing Backyards is unmatched. They will promptly return any message you send regarding the purchasing and shipping of products. There are a lot of scam sites out there (ask me how I know 😒). I ordered my grill a week ago and am cooking on it right now. BroilMaster grills are amazing and so is Designing Backyards.

Spent a lot of time doing research, but when I got Luca through the chat bot, he called me immediately and helped me through making my decisions. When searching for the Summerset appliances and storage package for my backyard kitchen Designing Backyards came up in my search. I reached out to them with a few questions and got way more than I expected. Luca was so helpful and guided me through the rest of my project. Their design team produced an amazing rendering of what we were trying to accomplish which gave me all the confidence I needed to place my order. My Summerset TRL Pro, Griddle Pro and all the Summerset storage products we ordered arrived safely on two pallets about 5 days later. There are bunch of websites where you can buy “the product” but not many companies with the level of customer service I experienced with Designing Backyards. I would highly recommend them for your next outdoor project.
