They will not honor their return policy@ and only offered a $5 refund. Product is not of the quality they advertised at all! I really wish that I could advise each and every potential customer to not purchase! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!
Not satisfied. Company does not offer “simple and risk free transaction” as advertised. When submitting request for refund am told “Sorry for that return or exchange can't be supported when your order has no quality issues.” The issue is that they are poor quality.
If I could give a -1 I would! I ordered from them and within 10 minutes I changed my mind and asked to cancel order. They told me they could not. That the order was already out. ( I have all the emails to prove this). 3 weeks later I get the items and as I suspected ...VERY BAD FIT and quality. I have sent OVER 10 emails asking for return instructions, but no one is answers me. They were so quick to reply when I wanted to cancel order! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
The products are a scam. It took 6 weeks to receive the product, there is no information to return if the product us faulty and you have 24 hours to respond to a non responsive email address if you are not happy with the product. Stay away from this bulls*#t site.
If I could I would not have rated them at all.... I placed my order on the 15th of January 3days later got a tracking number... eventually the goods apparently reached Manchester on the 12th February after that pouff just disappeared ... the company can not tell me we're it is or even when I can expect it. They also say no refunds, which is fine as my bank will take back my money back as its fraud and possibly a scam company
Do not order from a company test lies!!! I placed sn order and changed my mind in less than 10 minutes...these things happen. I sent an email right away to cancel my order. The response I received is that the product had already shipped!!! IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES???? REALLY??? No tracking number, nothing. How can you trust a company that lies!!!??? STAY AWAY! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will update on this post!
