Disappointed
I haven't received one half of my delivery. DHL only delivered the tabletop and labeled the other one as delivery refused which is completely untrue as I was home and got one half of it!! I contacted dekstronic and spoke to a consultant who advised they would get back to me. They never did. I followed up in an email and have not received a response. Was hoping the poor reviews were isolated but seems to not be the case. Very disappointed.

Good overall build, but the desk wobbles constantly
I am giving this desk 2 out of 5 stars due to a major stability issue. On the positive side, the overall build quality is solid, and the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. However, the desk has a persistent wobble that causes my monitor setup to shake constantly. At this price point, a stable surface is a fundamental requirement. Having my screens oscillate while I work is extremely distracting and really takes away from what would otherwise be a great product. It's a frustrating flaw that drastically reduces its everyday usability.

Order got here fast
Order got here fast. Chair was easy to build and I really do appreciate all the ways you can customize your sitting experience at your desk. Love the green color but I will say calling it olive is deceiving. The body of the chair is more of a forest green and the other pieces have a bit of an olive tone to them. I like that the armrests don't move around easily too. Overall great, hope it holds up well for a long time since it was quite pricey. But worth it.

I had interested in their products but…
I had interested in their products but I've tried email contact twice now and never even received a reply with some basic measurement questions. That was the Netherlands customer service. I don't know, I'm sure the products are great but how am I going to find things out if they won't tell me. Making it pretty hard to be a customer this way. Edit: They've came through and supplied the requested information. Accidents happen and therefore I've changed my review. I do hope they look into their website form because I feel like if anything should not hit the spam box it should be that, but what do I know.

Ordered $1200 worth of office furniture. All 3 pieces had a defect. Customer service offered $75 off. What a joke.

Awesome product
Everything in the process went awesome, with only a single annoyance. As a start, when I made a mistake in my order and mailed them, they quickly refunded the mistakenly bought item and I could reorder the item I meant to add instead. Delivery went well as well without any issue. Installing the desk also went great, until I tried to install the monitor arm at the end. When installing both the cable management pro and the (dual) monitor arm, you need to think of where to place the cable management because you need some clearance for the monitor arm. As a result, I've had to get the desk down again, move the cable management (which does involve more holes in the desk at the bottom) and then place the monitor arm instead. Overall, I've been very happy with the product and the quality of everything.

The mantle should be planned. It was not easy and quite long. We add substantial extra costs. This makes the office table very pricy.
