What people say

customer service sucks!!

Their customer service is 0 stars! would never order from here again! website says free shipping over 80$ bought 4 shirts with a 15% off coupon and they applied shipping costs after discounts. tried to dispute and cancel my order. they never replied and shipped my order! buyer beware scam company!

If I could give it a 0….

If I could give it a 0, I would. This is a scam. My son saw these shirts and wanted them for school. We received them as anticipated, but when they didn’t fit like he wanted I requested a return. In response to my request, they pressed me on the fit and asked me to send them pictures and then asked me to change to a larger size for more money! So no, they don’t take returns. Buy at your own risk. Not great quality, so you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t give this kind of business my hard earned money had I known.

Boy there sure is alot of bought…

Boy there sure is alot of bought reviews on here these shirts are garbage They have cool prints until you receive them the prints are like plastic very pixelated and look very cheap the t-shirts themselves are cheap junk brand and these are shipped all the way from somewhere in Asia after your order and they get in no hurry to get them shipped out

DevCarry’s Customer Service Is a Disaster — Buyer Beware

I ordered a 2XL shirt from DevCarry. What arrived was laughably small — closer to a medium. I reached out, sent photos, and paid a $15 freight fee for a replacement in a larger size. Before shipping, DevCarry asked me to confirm the size. I responded immediately and requested a 4XL instead of the 3XL they initially offered. They ignored my reply and shipped the 3XL anyway. When I pointed out their mistake, they refused to correct it. Their excuse? “The package had already been shipped.” That’s not how confirmation works. They asked, I answered, and they shipped prematurely — that’s on them. Their final offer? A 10% discount code. No replacement. No accountability. Just a weak gesture that does nothing to fix their error. DevCarry’s sizing is misleading, their communication is sloppy, and their customer service is evasive and dismissive. If you value accurate sizing and basic respect as a customer, do not order from DevCarry.

Wouldn't recommend

The material of the shirt itself is fine. The image they've used is absolutely shocking quality. They've blown up an imagine and not fixed the resolution at all. The imagine is so blurry that you can't really wear it. I raised as issue to return and get a refund and to be fair to them, they replied quickly. But the refund they're offering is 20% on a shirt i can't wear and they don't want back.

Very dissatisfied with everything about…

Very dissatisfied with everything about this company unfortunately. Very poor quality fabric and shirts are very cheaply made. They all run 3x to big. For example I wear a men’s small and all my shirts are actually large and won’t even fit. The quality and pictures on the shirts are so blurry they are barely visible. This company should be ashamed of the poor amount of quality they put into their product. I’m a hard working single father who loves to support small business so I tried doing this with this company spending over 100$ in shirts just to have them all not even fit me cause they are way to big and I’ve never had this problem ordering a size small from any other company or brand. I would stay away from this company.
