Our company has been dealing with DGX for over 10 years. The New Zealand team is amazing. I am constantly relying on their expertise and they never fail to impress. They keep me updated, help us out with shipping hurdles and go the extra mile for us. Customer service and fast response in this industry is very important to me and they fulfil those requirements very well. I have my upmost trust in them which puts me at ease. Robert Kokuzo was beyond 5 stars. He knows everything and was very predictive and preemptive on multiple issues throughout our process that the manufacturer and shipper were not addressing. I can think of several issues that without Robert, I simply would not have been able to get my shipment in the end. Or have suffered protracted delays and fines. Absolutely top notch. Will not attempt anything like this without you. It is fine if you use me as a reference

DO NOT USE DGX GLOBAL. My WORST experience with logistic company. They delivered all my cargo 100% water damaged and they are still charging me the freight. They are NEGLIGENT with their services.
