On time pickup, smooth ride & on time arrival at airport. Most of all, the Dial 7 driver found the makeup bag that I dropped in the backseat and delivered it back to my residence. Thank you very much.

Marie, we're happy to hear your ride got your morning off to a smooth start. Having a dependable driver arrive on time makes all the difference, especially before an early flight. Thank you for choosing Dial 7!
这辆车服务总是很早，等待时也很耐心。它加剧了人们对汽车延误以及无法按时到达机场或其他地方的焦虑。我使用过的任何其他设备都无法与它们的专业性和可靠性相媲美，包括在最近的这次旅行中。

Car arrived early, driver was courteous, knowledgeable about route.
We're happy your driver was ahead of schedule, professional, and able to provide a seamless journey with his route knowledge. We appreciate your feedback, Isabel!
Per the instructions I contacted Dial 7 when I collected my bags from the carousel from the baggage claim. I went to the designated pick up point as instructed. I waited less than 10 minutes for the driver to pickme up. There was lots f incoming traffic at the P/U point. The drier did a good job of locating me.
Your kind words are much appreciated, Joel. We’re pleased that the communication process, pickup instructions, and your driver’s efforts helped make your airport transfer a simple and stress-free experience. Navigating crowded pickup locations requires patience and attention, and we’re glad your driver was able to locate you without a long wait. Thank you for riding with Dial 7—we hope to serve you again on your next trip.
Our driver was on time, friendly and competent. I did not like the discrepancy of the fees noted on your website and the actual fee I had to pay.
Vio, it's great to know your driver delivered the friendly and dependable service we aim for. We also understand your concern about the fare discrepancy. The website fare is a projected estimate, and the final fare is determined by the route selected during the trip, which may include toll fees. We'll continue working to make this clearer, so our customers have a better understanding upfront.
We’re glad to hear you had a great experience, David! Thank you for recognizing our on-time service and clean vehicles!
The car arrived on time and it was an effortless easy ride to airport
A smooth airport ride is exactly what we aim for, Debra! We’re happy our driver arrived on time and helped make your journey simple and convenient!
After acknowledging via the text messages sent that we were outside LGA with our bags at pickup area 15a, the first two drivers assigned to us apparently cancelled. Then the third driver, who drove us home, was shown on the app map as 5 minutes away for about 15 min. I eventually called him, he answered and stated that he had no idea that we were waiting for him. He then arrived in 3 minutes and gave us a nice ride home. No complaints about driver or vehicle.
Jeffrey, thank you for sharing the details of your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that your driver provided a comfortable ride home and that you had no concerns with the vehicle or service once you were on your way. We do apologize for the confusion and delay during the pickup process, especially after you had already confirmed your location and were waiting with your bags. We understand how frustrating that can be after a long day of travel. We appreciate your patience and your feedback, and we’ll continue working to make every part of the Dial 7 experience as seamless as possible.
