安排和接送是无缝的。尽管我的航班提早到达，但在我领取行李并及时到达目的地后，司机仍然能够在5-10分钟内接我。司机传达了他的位置和等待时间。

Thanks for your kind words, Caroline! We’re glad you enjoyed our service!
Good car, great driver. But I reserved a small sedan and got a large SUV which was much more expensive. It looks like reservations used my last order from months ago. When I called to tell your office, he said it was too bad - that was the reservation he had. I’ve used your service a dozen times, and this was very disappointing.
Jeff, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for being a loyal Dial 7 customer. We're glad to hear you had a great driver and enjoyed the ride, but we're truly sorry that the wrong vehicle was dispatched and that your concerns weren't resolved when you called. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you specifically reserved a sedan. Your feedback is important to us, and we'll be sharing it with our team to help prevent situations like this in the future. We appreciate your continued support and hope to have the opportunity to provide the experience you've come to expect from Dial 7.
