It was total confusion right from the beginning, no matter how I explained it. The person on the other end was not understanding and then when I finally got it, it wasn’t even a file that could be opened so am I impressed not at all and it cost me $28 and some cents Canadian for this

I love the team at Digital-it. Dianna is so helpful, responsive and kind. The team that digitizes is on point. I have always been satisfied with my embroidery projects, and they always help when I want to make small changes to my original designs. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The look of the ornament files I bought are beautiful. I haven't stitched them out yet, but hope to soon. Customer service was great. They contacted me after the purchase to ensure I received my designs. I wasn't expecting that. Was a nice surprise and assured me they were good people to do business with.

Design does not stitch out very well. Lots of tie off on the back.
