I recently went to DiJiFi to transfer some film and audio. The process was estimated to take about a month, but I opted for the rush service to get it done sooner. About a week later, I was told my order was ready — however, when I arrived, the film transfer hadn’t actually been completed and my film wasn’t on-site. I was upset . The person assisting me immediately apologized, They waived the rush fee, completed the transfer the very next day, and sent me the files via Dropbox. They personally delivered my film back to me the following day. In the end, the results were excellent — the film transfer looks beautiful and the audio sounds great. Despite the initial mix-up, I really appreciated their honesty,and how quickly they resolved everything.

The quality of the work is great! It just took me a little bit of trial and error to find and then download the file at first. Once extracted, it plays beautifully!

They went beyond and above when post office delivered to another address. Then I let time expire to download and they resent the file. Everything came out great

For a few years I've sent tapes, discs, etc. to Diji and they have always come back: accurate, clean and durable. These included some discs which contained 'film' taken decades ago. Wonderful.

Sammy Whammy sings Elvis

I live in key West Florida and I was having a difficult time finding somebody to take my videos from my phone and put them on a DVD. This is so important to me because my little brother has down syndrome and I recorded him singing some Elvis songs and the recordings got erased except for the videos and he's been waiting and waiting and waiting for his CD which I can't produce. But thanks to you guys I will be able to give him the DVDs and my dad and my sister will be so grateful. Also they all live in Arkansas and Louisiana, thank you and thank you for being so prompt to get back to me

Great for digitizing Super 8 film

DiJiFi did a great job digitizing our Super 8 home movies. We wanted to make sure they were projected at the correct frame rate and that digital files will be open and accessible. They delivered on both accounts and did it on time. Thanks DiJiFi!

Transfer of tape was quick, and when I asked for the volume of single voice to be increased, they made it happen. The best part was the email delivery of the sound file. Nothing beats immediate gratification!
