Everything was perfect EXCEPT you completely disregarded my very simple request to name each transfer file according to the numbers stickers I had assigned to each film reel. As a result, I had a complete mess on my hands. A. trying to see if you had in fact transferred and returned ALL my reels.(yes you did) B. Trying to identify each file. Very difficult. Could have been SO MUCH EASIER. Why was my very simple request ignored?

Great professional service but it took a little over two months to get my vinyl record conversions finished.
Repeatedly Disappointed
I sent DiJiFi a 1936 album which had my mom reciting a Mother’s Day poem. They, in return, sent me two files, one of which was pure static, and the other had record-skipping underneath static. My iPhone recording from playing it on a turntable was better. Further, the company took three months to send me the static files, and they only got the job done when I suggested they just send the album back. All this aside, after I shared that I received static files, I didn’t hear from them in a timely fashion, so I disputed the charge via my credit card and told them I was doing so. I truly expected them to promptly refund my money. They did not. I don’t know why they couldn’t just let me know the project was too challenging and return the album.

This is my second time employing their services and they are my go-to for anything digital transcription. They were in the middle of settling in after a big office move and they still were able to accommodate me in a timely manner and their calm professionalism was able to calm my frantic gf who was convinced she destroyed a childhood dvd. Well priced and strong communication. Would recommend to anyone and already have in fact to someone who’s in the wedding industry, so even professionals like their services.

The quote for transfer was padded- it came in way too high. You estimated 1000ft over what it was and the service is incredibly slow / backed up. Over all not a professional experience-

Do not recommend!
I sent in an old cassette with a conversation between my toddler son and myself, paid the deposit of $77, called several times after receiving no further communication. Each time I got excuses and was assured I would be hearing from them and they would be sending me my digitized product very soon. Never heard back again and never received anything. I would not recommend doing business with these people. I trusted them with a treasured piece of my life which I fear is now lost forever.

The VHS that I had transferred to digital is not a good job. The audio does NOT match up with the video! I have tried to get ahold of someone, but to no avail, nothing! I have sent an email and called.
