I made my first purchase here and…

I made my first purchase here and accidentally bought an account instead of a key. I reached out to the seller right away to explain the mistake and ask for help. Unfortunately, the seller was not understanding at all and insisted it's the buyer's responsibility to read more carefully beforehand. I'm sorry, but I'm only human — mistakes happen. I would have loved to buy more in the future, but after this experience, I won’t. Sadly, I can't recommend buying here to anyone.

I was just scammed out of $58

I was just scammed out of $58. I bought Split Fiction as a Steam account via G2A. Instead of giving me the ID directly, they sent me to an external website to provide more information. The seller, Dingdang_game, eventually gave me an ID, but I couldn’t log in—it didn’t work at all. It was clearly a scam. When I asked for a refund, they dodged the question and kept repeating that it was a Steam ID, as if I didn’t know what that was. I didn’t get the game or my money back. The account they provided came with a strange Chinese email address—not Gmail, not Outlook—and was completely unusable. G2A’s own policy (section 5) says I’m eligible for a refund, but they used excuses to avoid processing it. Others have tried chargebacks too, only to get their cards blocked. It’s a scam from both ends—no game, no refund. Even though G2A looks like a trustworthy platform, they won’t help you at all. Since the transaction goes through an external site, G2A takes no responsibility. They allow scammers like Dingdang_game to operate freely. Never buy from Dingdang_game. They are 100% scammers based in Hong Kong. You can’t report them to local authorities, and they’ll just take your money with nothing you can do.
