Complete scam - charged for an account I never even opened and refusing a refund

Terrible experience with this company and G2A. I was charged for a service and an account that I never even opened or activated. When I reached out to get my money back for a product I didn't use, customer support completely ignored the issue and refused to issue a refund. Absolute zero accountability and terrible business practices. Stay away.

A scam

The annual subscription I bought turned out to be shared with other people. They respond to my complaints without offering solutions and expect you to solve the problems yourself. Not mention that they only reply 24 hours later, only one time. This is a neverending story, so they use a war-of-attrition tactic. You eventually get tired of writing day after day without receiving a corrective solution. A waste of money.

I also tried a Spotify subscription and after 1.5 months, the account is suspended. They don’t respond to the email and sell you accounts that work very soon. j'ai cheté moi aussi un abonnement spotify et 1 mois et demi après le compte est suspendu. Ils ne répondent pas au mail et vous vende des compte qui fonctionne trés peu de temps.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Purchased adobe package from G2A after searching Google for key. Seller has 99% positive reviews. Never tried the site before but purchased due to the sellers high rating. No where does it say after purchase you have to wait 2-24 hours. Around 18 hours an email stating I have a message from seller - great. My code. Nope. “Leave me a positive review for a steam game key” I replied 15 mins later nothing. Few hours later nothing. G2A involved now. What a waste of waiting and checking emails for the last 1.5 days.

Purchased what I believed was a Steam key based on how the listing was presented. What I received was a Steam account, a fundamentally different product. When I requested a refund immediately (having never used the item), the seller refused, citing their own product description. Avoid this seller if you are looking for a standard Steam key. Buyer beware on G2A in general, very little real protection when listings are misleading.

TitlSeller refuses refund for unused Steam account, no good-faith resolutione

I purchased a "Steam Account" listing for Subnautica 2 from Dingdang_game on G2A. I never logged into the account or used the credentials in any way. When I requested a refund, citing that selling Steam accounts violates Section 1.C of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and that Valve can reclaim or ban such accounts at any time, the seller responded twice with identical generic templates ("virtual goods are non-refundable once shipped"). Neither response addressed any substantive point of my complaint not the unused state of the account, not the underlying ToS violation, not the lack of risk disclosure on the listing. This is not a good-faith resolution attempt. The seller appears to rely on automated brush-off replies and on G2A's structurally buyer-unfriendly dispute process to wear customers down. My recommendation: avoid this seller, and avoid "Steam Account" listings on G2A in general. For game purchases, use Steam directly, Fanatical, GOG, or Humble Bundle — slightly more expensive but with real EU consumer protection.

Money Laundering Scammer

Scammer. Do not buy I repeat do not buy anything from this scammer. I bought their Adobe creative cloud accounts and all of them use stolen credit card to buy the subscription and they link the Adobe account to anonymous email services (like gmail but it’s not traceable mostly used by criminals for money laundering or other illegal activities) after that they give you the account, Adobe acknowledges the subscription was purchased with stolen credit cards because the owner of the card reports the transaction and they take down the accounts. But G2A don’t care it’s a scammer paradise don’t buy from them and don’t buy anything from G2A
