False advertising

False advertising. Pictures on site of the Dinosaurized sling bag do not represent the actual bag I received. Ad stated: 1. Anti-slash steel cable reinforced strap 2. RFID-blocking compartment for cards, passport, key fobs 3. Padded strap with breathable mesh, all-day wear without hot spots. NOT THE ONE I RECEIVED. Been almost a month and issue has not been resolved. Will be requesting a return and a refund, not holding my breath. ** WILL GLADLY UPDATE REVIEW UPON RESOLUTION**

I ordered CC iwb Fujobi holster upon receivingit I tried it and I found it to be not what I wanted (I have issues with balance and walking ect! ) sent email wanting to return it as I want to explore a crossbody bag in its place. they responded to the first email but I have not heard from them since they wanted to take some off my purchase and send me a free gift. I only want a return slip, send it back and pursue my other options.

Worst customer service experience ever

Worst customer service experience ever. Placed an order for 2 holsters. Was charged for 2. Weeks later 1 came very poor quality. Reached out to enquire as to why only 1 shipped was told on 2 separate occasions 1 was shipped. Why would you ship 2 holsters that were order at the same time weeks apart. Now no reply just being ignored. In summary, paid the price of 2 holsters received 1 of poor quality. Would not recommend anyone doing business with this company.

Poor quality and deceptive refund policy

I ordered Crossbody bags on 7/14/26 and received a shipment notification on 7/19. On 7/20, at 7:53 PM EST, I sent an email to support@dinosaurized asking why I couldn't track my order with the tracking number provided. At 12:32 AM on 7/21, I received a response to my inquiry. I sent an email on 7/22 at 6:19 PM after receiving my order, advising I was not happy with the quality, and there was no designated slot for a firearm, and advised I wanted to request a full refund and how to go about initiating the return process. I received a response at 11:58 PM, apologizing for the product not meeting my expectations, and offered me an opportunity for an exchange for any product of the same price free of charge. "Plus, you won't need to return the original item". I responded on 7/23 at 1:55 PM declining the offer and again requesting a full refund. It's now 4 days later (7/27), and I've been ghosted. It's strange how I received timely responses until I made it clear I wanted a full refund, and not an exchange. This is unacceptable from a supposedly reputable business. You have a refund policy, so honor it with the same attention and commitment you gave to accepting my order.

I am trying to return my order after the website says 120 day risk free trial, but they are trying to charge for return shipping. How is this a risk free trial?! Same automated emails back and fourth for way too many replies and getting nowhere with them.

Took Minute to assemble. Since I have discovered the Dinosaurized company I was highly spectacle at first. This is my second product purchase and I am impressed. In the future I definitely will order other products. What impressed me was it's run by prior service military personnel. I feel good about this because I'm retired military (ARMY grunt) from the old school era. Keep it up fellows. Looking forward to future purchases. Thanks again.

Decent Shoulder Holster

Nice looking piece, however, does it come in a smaller size? 51 inch almost goes completely around me :-O Also, I wish that the holster was tilted a little bit toward the, a much better draw angle. I'll use it but...

Decent but overpriced, deceptive marketing

Deceptive marketing made bags seem like they had features which it turned out they did not. Bags are decently designed but way overpriced for what you get. Then they sent the wrong color ugh.

I wasn't happy with the shoulder holster I purchased. I asked to return it and they instead told me to keep it and let me select another product of my choice at no additional cost. This is a great business. I'll be a return customer for sure.
