The website was easy to navigate and had the filters that I needed for my faucet with a great price.

Great Customer Service

We ordered a filter by going off the model number on the website. It was delivered quickly and with care. After receiving it and doing some more research, it turns out our fridge doesn’t even need a filter. It was our own mistake for not double checking before ordering, but someone from customer service reached out after we requested a return and gave us a full refund while stating we did not need to return the product. We will be recommending discount filters to all our family and friends purely from their excellent customer service!

New filter works but does not fit

There are about 4 to 5 model numbers that replace the original. The second order fit but it was still not the right model. I will make do with the filter received.

I ordered the UV bulb on the phone and spoke to a real person. I had a bad experience with Ebay so I wanted to try another company. It was the best thing. The salesman understood the problems I encountered with Ebay and made sure he would correct them which he did. Plus I got a nice discount so it was a great price.

I use this company for all the filters…

I use this company for all the filters in my house: refrigerator water filter, furnace filter, and two different brands of air purifiers. They ship fast, the price is great and the quality of filters exceed my expectations. You'd be crazy to purchase elsewhere.

cheap versions of the originals

1/2 in shorter than my originals. originals are soft rubber tops and bottoms. they fit snug and tight into the housing. these ones are hard rigid plastic and do not fit tight on the housing. while the originals will sit straight and stiff. these ones loosely sit and wabble. obviously i cant see inside but its enough gap that water will for sure come up through the bottom not getting filtered. probably will not buy again since there are others on amazon for about the same price.

Can't get water to come through the…

Can't get water to come through the filter , other than maybe 1/4 cup and then it stops. Not sure what the problem is yet.
