This is the first time that I replaced the original factory filter. This filter worked, but it was slightly smaller in height don’t think it’s going to make a difference because it seemed to seal with no problem.

I love the filter. It fits great and does a great job of keeping down the allergies in the house. Re-ordering is my favorite feature on the website. It makes it much easier to remember I have to replace the filter every month.

The Trane QuikBox® Replacement Filter - FLRQB5AH23M11, 2-Pack absolutely SUCKS.
It's a pain in the rear to put together and it usually comes damaged in the mail. This last go around, the glue was damaged/stuck to the wrong part of the filter.
The service from Discount Filters is great but the product is horrible. I cut my finger almost every time I put these together. I hate them. I thought it was me not being patient but I've had my system for 5 years and these filter still suck. I also don't wait 6 months to change them, I usually change them every 4 months.
Whoever makes these needs to better design them.
I just looked at my order history and the price goes up every time too.

I ordered the following - ClearChoice Replacement for Samsung HAF-QIN/EXP (DA97-17376B), 3-Pack. Installed one of the three, ran several pitchers of water to clear out any charcoal sediment. It has been almost a week of dispensing water through this filter and it tastes far worse than the 6 Month+ filter that was replaced. It literally tastes like I am drinking water through an outdoor hose that has been sitting in the sun. The only reason I give this 2 stars is because the delivery was quick. What a crap product.

So glad to find the product i needed for my furnace. Local hardware stores sometimes do and sometimes don`t have the proper size. It's great to get them delivered to my P O Box. One of the best things is that no wasted plastic wrap from each filter!

3 came in a box loose
3 came in a box loose, and 3 Water Filters in the same box! Due to air filters just thrown in the box with the heavier water filters , one of the air filters is Flat on one side, don’t know if it will work or not?
