There was an issue with the card that I used. The customer service folks reached out and helped resolve a problem I did not even know existed, instead of just canceling the order. I appreciate the communication and that folks did not jump to conclusions about the situation an just cancel the order. I had to look for sometime to find these boots and it would have been a real bummer to have had the order lost due to a card mess up
4 starts due to them showing in stock items and not having them, but customer service called and found me a similar product at a similar price
Thank you very much for your kind review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience with our company.
Good service, fit my face perfect and work great mowing the lawn
I've sent an email about my last order a week or so ago, and haven't received a reply.
I do apologize, We are showing a reply was made. We are also reaching out via phone as well. We do apologize for the inconvenience
The gloves I ordered were delivered quickly and they're durable for all my work around the house
Was great overall. The additional fee being collected for under specific quantity ordered was a little annoying, but good overall.
Thank you very much for your kind review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience with our company.
good product, great price, quick shipping.
The price was great, very cheap. Since I was only planning on using them for finishing I didn't need anything heavy like nitrile gloves. The plastic thin ones seemed to be just the ticket. I purchased 3 boxes so I would have plenty. They didn't meet my expectations at all. They were a tiny bit small which was my fault for ordering medium instead of large. They tore apart when I attempted to remove them after only having them on for a few minutes. If that doesn't bother you, than these are great because they are very cheap. Like my father taught me you get what you pay for.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We appreciate your insights, and I want to assure you that we will bring this information to the attention of the manufacturing team.
Good experience with this order. Items received were exactly as expected and received in great condition. Delivery time was acceptable. Would recommend Discount Safety Gear to anyone.
Easy to navigate, shipping was fast, competitive prices
Discountsafteygear.com has always been diligent in their customer service and reliable delivery.
Extensive amount of time to receive my merchandise and I only received one pair of boots when I ordered two then they were lost for weeks until I received my second pair. To be clear the boots were not lost in shipping they were never sent I received a box too small to fit two pair of boots I was deliberately sent one pair, when I mentioned lost it was because they took two extra weeks to get to me nothing was ever lost.
We sincerely apologize for the one pair of boots that got lost in transit. We understand how frustrating this can be and are glad that the issue has been resolved with a reshipment.
Fast shipping, great service
I work almost every day of the year. I'm a welder and I have my own welding shop. Boots are very important to me. The boots I ordered recently are very comfortable and rugged. I like heavy duty boots and that's what I got.
Easy purchase and speedy delivery. Thank you.
Good online description except no specific ASTM details. Fast shipping, detailed receipt sent via delivery confirmation.
Great price. They had my wide size workboot in stock and fast shipping!
Easy to order Order arrived sooner than expected. All good
I purchased some Timberland pro work boots from here and the price was comparable and shipping was fast. Authentic as well…I previously bought the same pair from Amazon and they were obvious knock offs. Slick synthetic leather not the true full grain leather, so I sent them back.
