What people say
Customer service is not helpful
Customer service is not helpful. Can't get in touch with anyone via phone or email. Just get automated messages saying be with you shortly. Waited over an hour. Order says in transit but has said that for twelve days.
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE I purchased a Nitrogen Oxide Sensor and was immediately contacted via WhatsApp by a number in China, asking me to “validate” my purchase. They sent me a photo of my order and repeatedly asked for confirmation in a suspicious and confusing way. The whole interaction felt very sketchy. I requested a refund, but never received one, and the part was never shipped. I have since opened a dispute with PayPal to try to recover my money. Avoid this seller—this experience was a red flag from the start.
