What reviewers say
AI generated
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality, gorgeous crystal materials, and truly stunning visual design of the custom awards and commemorative plaques. People also love how wonderfully easy it is to edit and customize products online, while consistently appreciating the helpful draft previews and fast turnaround times.
However, some customers also noted that careful planning is necessary for managing tight delivery deadlines or selecting specific options like color-filled engraving. Despite these minor personal oversights, enthusiastic buyers always remain extremely satisfied with the secure protective packaging, prompt shipping, and consistently outstanding overall service provided.

Awesome customer service every time (year)! Our 1st award came defective and they replaced it as soon as possible. We received both awards BEFORE the estimated date of delivery. Two thumbs up!!

Beautiful design and great services
I ordered a retirement plague for my coworker. It was really a pleasant experience for me going through the design process with DIY Awards. I emailed back and forward with them to fix the color and fonts of wording a few times. They were willing to do it until I agreed with the design. Thank you so much for your help. Then the plague was printed out and shipped so quick to my coworker's house. She loved it a lot. I was so amazed.

DIY responded the next business day to my order and then sent the proofs a day or so later. I made changes and DIY updated the proofs. After I approved the proofs, I received the awards in less than one week. They came out great!
