I'm impressed with the Li-Ion cell tester's high current capability and how easy it is to use in production. My only small issue is that the training manual could be clearer, but we are seeing real improvements in efficiency.
I'm impressed with the Lithium Battery High-Power Intelligent Charger 3000W. It handles heavy-duty power well and provides a consistent current.
We set up the SF500, and the capacity measurement and auto-cycle testing work just as expected. The clear LCD screen makes it easy to adjust the charge and discharge steps.
Using the 20 V 10A DSF2010 for module testing—accuracy and multi‑battery support stand out. Took a minute to learn interface, but once running, efficiency and build quality impress. Packaging was a bit dented, though unit works fine.
BT-500 Pro is very reliable and intuitive. Battery tests run faster now, stress free.
DK-TM02 gave reliable results and was quick to install. Shipping took longer than expected.
I use the DKT-902 Cell Tester daily, and it's become an essential tool. The readings are consistently stable and the setup is quite intuitive, which saves me time.
We got the TC66 USB Meter for our team and it's a solid tool - the build is good and it gives reliable readings. The only minor thing is that the included cable feels a bit stiff.
Unpacked the new DK TESTING 5V 10A cell testers. They have a clean design and are easy to use straight away - seems like reliable equipment for battery testing.
DK TESTING's 5V 10A battery tester performs consistently well; it's fast and accurate which is important for cell grading. The user manual could be better, but the machine is solid and support helps out.
Just started using DK-Tester's battery testing stuff - really impressed with how accurate and easy it is. The instruments are reliable and the results are always spot-on for all our battery tests.
Working with DK-Tester has been a smooth experience. The Lithium Battery Intelligent Charger is a solid product that delivers great performance. It ensures fast and efficient charging, making it a reliable choice for our customers.
We purchased 3 battery testers - 2 for lead acid and 1 for lithium. Cost was not insignificant. On delivery the 2 lead battery testers had multiple faults which we resolved in-house after lack of response from DK. Now 7 out of 7 desulphurise have failed and we have tried again to resolve internally due to lack of support from DK. In a last resort a video was sent to Zheng at DK with a walk through of what we were experiencing in detail. His response to the video was - "We hope you could give us honest feedback about the problem, but it is a pity that you did not give us feedback according to the actual situation, so that we cannot provide solutions in time" I urged him to watch the video again and his next response was "What are you talking!!!, you're really a rude man". If this is the customer support for a loyal client, then don’t expect much better. Zheng Feng - Sales Director, you need develop a dedicated customer care team. After sales support is zero. I look forward to your response and further inability to help.
