Very unhappy with this company
Very unhappy with this company. I tried the free 7 day trial and I cancelled after 2 days as it was not for me. Now i have had subscriptions fees taken off my account. I tried the online chat and then received a message to confirm my email address. No response now. Really fuming. 😡

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! This is definitely a scam. I canceled on the same day that I accidentally subscribed and I have proof of cancellation. However, they have continued to charge my account every month and getting in touch with anyone to reverse the charges is almost impossible.

We have JUST realized that I have been paying $39.00 every 3 months since April of 2021 with no app. This is still going on as of 7/19/2024. My husband & I did a search & I could not remember signing up for it. I do know that I considered it so I think what happened is I started putting my personal info in and walked away to think about it and it just took over. I would say this is a scam. I am a Senior. I can't afford to be scammed like this. IF it is worth it, I am willing to take a chance but not like this. This is for all the Seniors out there getting scammed. We want our money back!!!

Signed up then realised it wasn’t for…
Signed up then realised it wasn’t for me and cancelled any further subscription, 3 months later they take another $60 AUD payment from my credit card. I’m sick of having to deal with these dishonest businesses as they make it near impossible to make contact. I have fixed the problem through PayPal hopefully and wish to warn others away from signing up.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Cancelled last year and received confirmation and they have taken another two payments from me since April this year. Do not sign up unless you are happy to continue paying forever it seems, even with a cancellation confirmation.

I wish I had checked the reviews first. This is a pure scam. The app is very basic. It charged me twice for 3 month sub and then a lifetime charge.
This is associated with Dr Jason Fung which is why I trusted it.

Beware! Do not sign up for the $1 option to get the app. You will be charged for a 3 month purchase. This is not made clear at the time:

This does not make it clear that you will be automatically charged $79 USD after 7 days! You are led to believe that you will be charged $1. Update 10.06: since complaining via email several times & finally reaching someone via the chat function I have had my payment reversed fully having first been told via email l I would only receive a partial refund.

Don't make a mistake (like me) and sign up for this app
I had a horrible experience with this platform. As others have said, it's scammy and scummy. It's extremely difficult to cancel your subscription and get a refund... so don't sign up in the first place. I was charged over $100 CAD for generic information and services I didn't even use. Their notification emails go to spam. All customer service agents are A.I. chatbots, and you can't get in touch with a human. The platform is actually based in Lithuania and I'm 100% sure it's just a money grab. The subscription doesn't show up on your Apple subscriptions, so you have to manually go to their website to find it and cancel. (I had a hard time logging in, because I used 'hide my email').

DO NOT USE THIS APP OR COMPANY. If you give them any information they send unauthorized charges to your account and continue to charge you. There is NO WAY TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. They continue to charge your credit card saying they have a billing agreement when you do not. They do not respond. They do not reply. They just continue to charge you $79 for NOTHING. The app is worthless, and if you even click on anything on their site you will be charged indefinitely. I have an email from them (after charging me 3 times) saying my account was cancelled yet they charged me twice more! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR APP. ABSOLUTE SCAM 100%. NOW THEY ARE ASKING TO REACH OUT DIRECTLY but will do nothing. Stay away from this scamming company! Since they are not a USA based company but operate in all 50 states we are contacting attorneys general in all states to report this fraudulent activity. STAY CLEAR

worth every penny
i have heard of intermittent fasting and how well it works for weight loss. after searching google on how to do fasting, i ran across this app. Im so glad i did. it was very informative and gave me all the information and resources i needed to begin my journey in weight loss. Absolute scam. They charge you with no notice of it and then will fight thencharge back. The email to them to cancel goes nowhere. I've contacted the MN attorney generals office due to the huge list of complaints here and may talk to a lawyer about a class action lawsuit. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!
