I’ve had the privilege of visiting their Family business in Ocre Abruzzo Italy as well as working with their USA division. Their snacks are perfect for my six-year-old granddaughter when you don’t want a high sugary snack but something that’s made with Whole Foods in this quality!

I follow Rita Palermo on Facebook. I saw where she received a bunch of goodies from your company and they looked so delicious. I had to order from you. The soft Torrone Aveja is delicious and the cookies so fresh and tasty. I am sure I will be ordering from you again.

The cookies are delicious. Got the order fast and it was packed very well. There were cold packets in with the cookies, because some of the cookies were covered in chocolate. There was not a broken cookie to be found. Will definitely be ordering again
Dear Maria, Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted you enjoyed the cookies and that your order arrived in perfect condition — we look forward to your next one 🇮🇹 – The Dolci Aveja Team
Love the Italian cookies. They were delicious! Thank you for making it available for us.
Dear Ligia, Thank you for your kind words! We’re delighted you enjoyed our authentic Italian cookies — it’s our pleasure to share them with you 🇮🇹 – The Dolci Aveja Team
A good number of the Italian Rustic Raisin cookies were crumbled by the time I got them. The chocolate portion of the Assorted Pasticceria were melted and messy. The flavors were good, though. I'm not a fan of the Amaretti, but my brother is and he didn't love them. We did love the Torrone tenor dell'Aquila, however! To sum up the stars were the Pasticceria and the Torrone. The rest were a bit of a disappointment.
Hi Theresa, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed our Pasticceria and Torrone dell’Aquila! We’re truly sorry that some of your cookies arrived damaged and that the chocolate items melted in transit — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We take great care in packaging our products, using dedicated materials, insulation, and ice packs during warmer months. However, once the package leaves our facility, shipping conditions are unfortunately beyond our control. That said, ensuring our customers receive products in perfect condition remains our top priority. We’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will gladly assist you. Thank you again for your support — we truly value your feedback and your trust in us. Warm regards, The Dolci Aveja Team 🇮🇹💛
These cookies are perfect Italian cookies. They taste as good as or better than the cookies I buy in Rome.
Hi Carol, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Hearing that our cookies remind you of the ones from Rome — or even better — truly means the world to us. 🇮🇹💛 We put so much love into every batch, and it’s a joy to know that it shines through. Looking forward to serving you again soon! Warm regards, The Dolci Aveja Team
A fantastic experience all the way around! Dolci is one of the very few companies that takes pride in their products and their customer service. I had reached out to them with a question and I had the pleasure of corresponding with Danisa. To say she went above and beyond, would be an understatement!! She promptly responded to my emails. She was very personable, professional, and simply a pleasure. Kudos, to Danisa and Dolci !!
Dear Rose, Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words. It was truly a pleasure to serve you, and we’re so grateful that you trusted us with such an important mission. We are truly honored to have been a part of it. We look forward to serving you again and bringing a little more sweetness into your life! Warm regards, The Dolci Aveja Team
The candy was delicious. I wish u made one with just nougat. But no complaints. All was as it should have been. 😁👍👍
Dear Bernadette, Thank you so much for your kind review—we’re absolutely thrilled to hear you loved the soft nougat! Fun fact: it’s traditional from our region of L’Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy, and the recipe has remained unchanged since the early 1900s. You’re absolutely right—a version made only nougat sounds delicious, and we hope to offer that in the future. In the meantime, we’re excited to share that this Christmas season we’ll have a special limited edition: our same soft nougat, but fully covered in premium chocolate. We’re so grateful for your support and truly look forward to serving you again in the future.
