Bought two doors at a great price. Due to supplier issues there is a delay with delivery. Doorstoyou didn’t hesitate to call me and advise. Their customer service is great, and they also helped me with some technical advice around locks and security.

One of the best customer experiences ever!! Having been let down by ‘Leader Doors’ who confirmed an order & delivery date, took my payment (& kept it for 2 weeks!), only to tell me the day before delivery that they couldn’t find it in the warehouse… thankfully Steve and Doors To You restored my faith in customer service. Steve went above and beyond, calling me after my order went through to ensure I had ordered the correct handles & hinges and even went to the trouble of creating an image and emailing it to me to demonstrate my options before I confirmed back to him. The door looks fantastic, is super quality and I couldn’t recommend more highly. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks so much, Steve!

Three paved internal doirs
I am rested three doors unfortunately one was marked so the driver took it photos snd took it straight back. I received a new one which was perfect very quickly and received excellent communication in between by phone. My only concern is that I I didn’t know it was going to be £100 for delivery which I think it excessive as the driver had four deliveries within 50 miles of me. Very attractive foors which I have had a lot of compliments

Hi Susan Whilst extremely grateful for the 4 Star accolade, naturally we're disappointed that we didn’t achieve the full 5 Stars, particularly as your award was partly based on a factor outside of DOORS TO YOU’s control. It’s an inescapable reality that EVERYTHING costs more these days, including logistics and fulfilment and indeed DTY actually subsidise delivery costs to help offset the financial burden for customers facing ever-more pecuniary challenges. Unavoidably, due to the more spread-out "geography" and corresponding reduced economies of scale, certain Postcodes incur Delivery Surcharges, which are itemised in the Basket prior to Checkout and which are entirely determined by the Courier, in this case LPD, who as you’ll appreciate, have to factor in significant “direct” costs when formulating their matrix of charges, including Drivers Salaries and Fuel, which when delivering to less populus conurbations, constitutes a substantial overhead, which has to be recovered, otherwise deliveries to these areas would be commercially unviable.

I was nervous about ordering doors online without seeing what I was buying. However, these fears were unfounded the ordering process was easy, the website is clear and easy to navigate. After placing my order Doors to You contacted me to check I had not made a mistake when ordered the furniture which was very helpful. The delivery was on time and the driver really helpful. The doors and furniture are quality and look great. I would recommend this company.
