Our comoany made a payment, and we never got an invoice or support heltp for our questions. this website is always bugging, lagging, support ignores you on emails, social media - everywhere. If you have any questions for the payments, they will never reply you. Do not trust them especially when we talk about your credit card information.
i used this almost one year . i love it and enjoy it. but start from 3 days ago. i cannot upload image or music. even i used my old music, there is no sound. it so dissapointed, iam a pro+ yearly member. and its so make me stress
this is one of the worst i have used. Between thw whole of June 2023 the videos cannot be exported at all. No replies to the emails.

I absolutely love Doratoon! It is so easy to use and has a ton of great features. The drop and drag feature made it super easy to add elements to my video and the fluent editor meant that there was no lag. I was able to easily animate any element on the canvas and I really liked the fact that the timeline was so easy to use. Each element was clickable with actions at your fingertips and the characters had a number of poses and actions for each which made it easy to use the same character throughout the video and keep it consistent. The audio options were great and really brought the video to life. The only features i would love to see which they said they are working on, and may be available by the time you read this, is to add own Fonts and create a color palette to use at any time for convenience The customer service was excellent. I started a live chat and Sammy answered within one minute and went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend Doratoon to anyone looking for a great explainer video maker! I wish the team at Doratoon all the success, companies that have such great service and who are passionate about their brand deserve all the success in the world

I would say it's a good app. It's beginner friendly and provides many good templates. The downside tho the characters and props are quite inflexible and it would be great if you guys could modify the sound & subtitle feature by put it on the same page as the canvas. Overall I hv good experience with it. Special shoutout for the team for the fast and good response and once again I still feel terribly bad for nagging them. Sammy, I'm sorry I thought you're a bot, wherever you are I hope you hv a good life.

It is a very good software for me to produce animated videos and it certainly saves me a lot of time. But I have one suggestion. The audio and animation don’t show up in the same screen, so if I want to adjust the place of my audio, I need to go to the “sound and track” section to change it. If it can be modified, it will be good.

Hi All, I'm new in using Doratoon, it is a very good tool, however I have some comments, and that why I didn't give the 5 stars evaluation: 1- you have only one Arabic font and I couldn't change the font style as long as it is Arabic. 2- I control between the voice over and the background song is not that good as I couldn't reduce the background song while I was talking, so I have to reduce the background sound level in all the video. 3- Sometimes the final preview is different than the final video, specially if the slide contain Arabic words. 4- When you explore a video it keeps explore two videos instead of one. Hope you can fix these issues.

He did a great job on this project! I didn't really know what I wanted it to look like, and just provided a bunch of photos and raw video. He took what I provided and edited into an awesome Wedding highlight video to give my wife on our anniversary. I did have a couple items I wanted changed after seeing the video and he made the updates quickly and easily. Overall, very satisfied with the result.
