The turnaround time was not bad. Ordered on July 28th and received 8/10. I loved the styles. Not the best quality fabric but o.k. The XL fit like a medium, Most reviews say hard to return so I will just give them away. They need to make bigger clothes for the international market or post true measurement sizes
I dont do online shopping normally.. i recently have been.confined at home and i like the way it reads dress. Lily and that i took with trust.. the order should arrive in 10 to 20 days its been 30 days and when i check my account i see processing on my order... so i went online and read some of the reviews.. now i am feeling disappointed and fooled...NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!
Delivery takes a very long time, and the clothes you get are not the same as depicted on the web site. it is a very cheap quality, not worth being lured by the cheap prices. Moreover, who would bother to send it back to China, if the size does not fit or smth. else....
I ordered two items from DressLily.com at the same time/same order...both came in the mail at two separate times. The first item came about approximately 2 weeks and the second item came after 4 weeks. Both items were at least 2 - 3 sizes too small. The shirt looked like the picture and was of decent fabric, but the coat was nothing like the picture of the detail of the materials. I was wrapped in a package big enough for a large coffee cup; not a package large enough for a COAT. I contacted the Customer Service via email and was told to keep the items and send 80% of the cost back and they would reship the item(s) to me....well, that would have been okay accept the largest size was already ordered and it was way too small...so no need for that...I ended up giving them both away as gifts...
Company sells good clothing but neglects to tell you how far away things are shipping from. Ordered a dress on October 14th using Expedited shipping for my halloween party on October 25th. It was supposed to arrive within 7 to 10 days. The order took over a week to process...and shipped the saturday before my party. It is now the 28th and the tracking finally updated after over a week saying it just now reached Kentucky. I'm in Georgia and this should have arrived a while ago. If you order something just pay the lowest rate and be patient.
