Always a great experience! They listen and take their time. Even my children feel very comfortable. We really appreciate every interaction we have ever had.

Never use this company!

I would put a 0 but this does not allow it. I would NEVER use this site again! They misdiagnosed the problem I had. Then they billed my insurance company as a specialist of which they are not. On top of that I had paid my copay. They charged me as a specialist and without my permission charged my credit card! WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I would NEVER use this service again!

Awesome app, I signed up and was seen almost within 10 mins of completing the request, plus they take insurance ! The doctor also prescribed necessary meds to my pharmacy same day. I’ll be using this service from now on :)

Very convenient service with Kind, Knowledgeable and Patient Physicians. One time, my consultation had audio issues and I was cut off. But Dr Raja rescheduled my appointment for an hour later. Very thoughtful and helpful. Thankful for this App and Service.

Terrible customer service/ Questionable Physicians

Terrible customer service! Expressed a very upsetting experience with a bizarre physician who only lectured on irrelevant issues & offered no advice or instructions on what to do next. Customer service was probably AI and had a generic “Follow your doctor’s advice” response.. so nothing thanks. If you get a good doctor, I’m sure it’s a great experience. The convenience and quick availability of appointments was a plus but you never know the quality of doctor you’re getting. Definitely quick to take my money

My son and daughter weren’t feeling well, and he took the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything clearly, and make them feel comfortable during their visit. I was ultimately diagnosed with…

I was ultimately diagnosed with cellulitis and successfully treated with a course of antibiotics. During my telehealth visit, I was charged $125, yet the physician concluded I might have a blood clot and directed me to the emergency room without adequately considering my symptoms. The ER confirmed it was cellulitis, not a blood clot, and I have since recovered. I am also disappointed that there appears to be no meaningful customer support or process for addressing concerns about the quality of care received. In my opinion, Dr. Vijaya Galic should not have accepted my appointment if she was unable to properly evaluate and diagnose a common skin infection. As a result of this experience, I am consulting with an attorney regarding this matter.
