Charged my account without sending codes I then emailed them to get my codes after tirelessly continuous Emails and proof of screen shots . They then decided to send used already redeems codes I emailed them back about it and screenshots evidence. They refused to give me a refund or actual valid codes. This is my last with driffle experience

I purchased a $20 global steam key. When I enter the code they say it's not available in my region. After informing driffle that the product they sold me was not what was listed, they asked for a ridiculous amount of paper work, screen shots, and information to get my refund. Every time I send them what they ask for, they ask for more or tell me something is wrong. Even though they have more than enough information to know they sold me a region locked key they claimed was global.
