I chose the refund option right after purchase when given the option to check the boxes to confirm the region and platform. I never received a confirmation email about the refund even though the website said the refund was issued. I went to check my order history and when I clicked on the order it showed the key. When I opened a ticket to explain the situation, support just spat corporate jargon at me when it’s their websites fault for providing false information. They replied to this review with the same macro used for their emails. They don’t care about the customer experience because they still are not understanding the situation. Horrible company that doesn’t even investigate bugs on their own website.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that we have not received any refund request from your end regarding order Pxyzz5ch. Please note that the key purchased under this order is not eligible for activation in the United States region. These regional restrictions are clearly mentioned on the product page under the “Check Restrictions” section, which we recommend reviewing before completing a purchase. Additionally, before a key is revealed, we follow a confirmation process where the region and platform details are reconfirmed with the customer to help ensure the product is compatible with their requirements. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review the product details and restrictions before future purchases. Always here to help, Team Driffle
It was easy to use and after I bought my key, it was in the account I created on the app. It was easy enough for me

The price was changing nearly every click I made. I would like to have a clear pricing and not a membership, an abo, a VIP system, an insurance and so on...
Hello, thanks for sharing your concerns. As a marketplace, the pricing is always dynamic and keeps on changing. The option to opt out of the Driffleplus membership is available at the time of checkout. However, your feedback is forwarded to our concerned team and we will work upon improving the same. the purchase was ok but again each time i purchased on global region i needed to request a replacement/refund because it not redeemable in my region...though when checked verification it said its redeemable i think driffle must look into it....but overall the customer care was very helpful and ready to help and i managed to get a refund..
