I purchased a digital gift card from Driffle, and on my very first attempt to redeem it, the key showed as already redeemed. I immediately sent them screenshots and asked them to check the redemption timestamp, replace the key, or issue a refund. Instead, they repeatedly hid behind their supplier’s claim that the key was “valid and unused” at the time of delivery. They provided no redemption timestamp, no meaningful evidence, and no explanation for why the product was unusable the moment I received it. Taking payment for a product that cannot be used, then refusing both a replacement and refund, is essentially theft in my view. I will now be filing a chargeback with my payment provider. I will never buy from Driffle again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid them.

Excellent prices for the games I ordered. One couldn't be fulfilled and had to be refunded which was a shame. There was also some weirdness at checkout where the confirmation page wasn't loading even though the transaction had gone through. All in all satisfied.
