I had an issue with a key I purchased, and unfortunately the merchant was unable to provide a replacement because it was out of stock. The support team stayed in contact with me and ultimately processed a full refund. I appreciate that the issue was resolved and that the communication from customer support was polite and helpful. However, the overall experience was not ideal, as I would have preferred to receive a working replacement rather than go through the refund process. Hopefully, the availability and verification of keys can be improved in the future.
