So simple and easy
So simple and easy! Got sick of my trash service company telling me I need to spend 500 bucks just to get rid of some old furniture. I set it up on the website, brought the furniture outside and it was gone within 3 hours! And on top of that I paid a fraction what my trash service company wanted! Will absolutely use again!

They picked up the box springs
They picked up the box springs, in a timely manner. No extra fees or the amount of days of when this item could be pickupex where added, which was AMAZING. Several other companies immediately added $ 300.00 in fees and added 2 to 3 weeks to the pickup time!!! This was nice, easy and affordable.

I highly recommend this company. I was able to get a couch picked up the next morning after booking it in the evening. The person who picked up our couch was very personable. I would definitely use this service again.

Easy, hassle free experience getting our broken 75 inch flat screened picked up!! Booked the appointment and within an hour the tv was gone!! Excellent communication! Will definitely be using again!

The driver was amazing
The driver was amazing! We offered to help him and he declined…. I do however feel.he was not prepared for my pick up… as he came in a cargo van when I made it clear that I had a refrigerator, couch and mattress. He ended up sawing up the couch on the curb, which was embarrassing by the standards of my neighborhood. The experience served a purpose, but I would never be subjected to unprofessional way it was resolved.

Hi Mattie, thank you for the honest review. Glad the driver took good care of you, but you're right about the rest. You told us you had a refrigerator, couch, and mattress, and the vehicle that showed up should have fit all of it. Cutting up a couch at the curb isn't the experience we want anyone to have. We're fixing how we match vehicle size to the items on each booking so the right truck shows up the first time. I sincerely thank you for helping us get better!
Super easy and well worth it
Super easy. They arrived when they said they would. Pricing was fair, transparent and all-inclusive. Communication was spot-on. Everything was done online or via text, I didn't have to talk to anyone or even be home for the pickup. I would absolutely use this service again!

We were struggling to find a way to get rid of our damaged couch on a Sunday. All of the dumps are closed. It was not donate-able, and junk removal would charge $250+. We found DropCurb on accident, but are so happy with the service. Within an hour, someone came and collected the couch and a large rug for under $200. It was so fast and so easy. We would recommend this service to anyone needing quick, easy, and affordable junk removal!
