I have 4 foot by 24 by 24 printer that I needed to get rid off. I contacted them on Sunday and they pickup a little after 8 on Monday. Lots of information exchange and you don't have to be home.
Whole process was easy and they were very helpful
The whole process was really easy and convenient. We had 7 items to pick up and the price was lower with Dropcurb compared to some others I checked. Completed everything online and received confirmation texts with helpful info. I ended up needing to adjust the pick up order last minute and they were very responsive and helpful with that - responded quickly to a question via text so we got everything worked out before the scheduled pick up time. Would definitely use them again!
Donation that was upstairs.
We had a sofa and a chair that were upstairs to donate and it was too difficult for my husband and myself to bring downstairs. I scheduled a donation pick up and two gentleman showed up and were so kind and on time and I love the fact that you text me before they’re coming. You text me when they’re here and you text me that my tax receipt is coming. Very communicative and timely.

A great experience
I was in the middle of a move and a rug…
I was in the middle of a move and a rug was too large for my new living room. Without a thought, I immediately called my go to….. Dropcurb. That rug was picked up within a couple of hours. This is my 3rd time using the company. The staff as well as the gentleman that took the carpet were so courteous and amazingly prompt and professional. I don’t give reviews but this experience warrants one because of the great service.
A little concerning that the pick up…
A little concerning that the pick up vendor was only one woman for a large refrigerator. Not sure how she would have placed fridge in truck if I had not been home to help. Dropcurb service was easy, convenient and did a great job keeping me updated as to the status. Would recommend !

Order yesterday get it done the next day. Recommended by google AI and I'm glad I chose them. Cheaper than last service I used. Their website updates you on everything and you get text messages. Just have the items outside take photos and they are ready to get it done.
