Decent soap, expensive, rewards program is a scam

I like the soaps for the most part. The problem I have with Dr. Squatch is their price, it is expensive for what you get, and their “rewards” points/program is bogus. The rewards are made to look like you get actual dollar(s) off on a future order but in reality it is just a discount on their full market price. For example: they’ll send out marketing emails stating if you buy 6 bars of soap you’ll get them for $8 per bar a savings of $2 a bar. But your rewards points show you have $10 worth of rewards money available to use. You add 6 bars to your cart for $48 and you’d think that using your rewards it will get it to $38. Nope. Why would you think that?!? Once you add your “rewards” dollars it jumps to the original price of $60 ($10/bar) then takes off the $10 in rewards to get you to $50 cart which is more than just buying it via the “sale”. Not worth the trouble. Why bother with the whole rewards game? They are always running “deals” since they aren’t compatible with the rewards just stop scamming customers with the fake rewards program.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding our pricing and rewards program. We understand your frustration with how the rewards points are applied, especially when combined with our ongoing sales and promotions. We recognize that the current system can be confusing and may not always align with the perceived value of the rewards. Your experience highlights an area where we can certainly improve the clarity and functionality of our program. We are actively reviewing our rewards structure to ensure it provides a more straightforward and beneficial experience for our valued customers. We are committed to making these improvements.

Dr.squatch is amazing!

After one use my skin was smelling awesome and the smell blocks out sweat and more and leaves my skin soft as hell! I can feel the grit scrub away dead skin and dirt of my skin like it's nothing and one bar lasted for 3 weeks whilst being used every 2-3 days. It's definitely worth it!
