Bought soap, deodorant and spray from Boots in the UK. All smell great at the start, but soap scent lasts maybe 2 washes and then is just a scentless brick, deodorant leaves a white sticky slime on shirts and t-shirts that is hard to get out even after multiple boil washes, and spray smell lasts 2 hours at most, very disappointing for the price, would not recommend

I love all of their products. The part I dislike is shipping. I find it a bit tricky when I am on a budget. So this review is only has to do with shipping costs.
This was without a doubt the worst smelling deodorant I have ever smelled. I bought the coconut castaway and threw it away after 1 use. I have no idea how this past quality control.

My son only uses Dr. Squatch. I have purchased probably 100 bars. My disappointment is when the bar is 1/3 to 1/4 left it breaks up into a million pieces. This is expensive soap and you cannot use the entire bar. I believe this is a defect and needs to be addressed.

I ordered a bundle of soaps and deodorants from the Dr. Squatch website for over $89 and signed up for their three-month subscription plan that promised future deals. I placed my order on 04/07/26 during a promotion, but two weeks later, nothing had arrived. When I checked my account, the order was still processing. After I reached out, they told me one item was out of stock and asked me to pick a replacement. I did, and they confirmed shipping—then less than a day later, they emailed to say another item was unavailable, leaving my order in limbo. You’d think they’d send what’s available and refund the rest, but apparently not. Ordering from them feels risky—they take your money, and in my case, the products never showed up. I feel completely scammed.

Been using Dr Squatch for years…
Been using Dr Squatch for years recommending them to others, trying new products, etc. Lately they've been going downhill. Quality of soap all the way to shipping went downhill. I've always loved the product and while I wasn't getting my bang for my buck with product quality getting worst anymore customer service was decent. Final straw was my last purchased I received today...normally everything is shipped out in boxes but for some stupid reason decided to ship this order which was a bundle of 6 deodorant in a little bubble wrap envelope. By the time I received it, it was all torn apart and one of the deodorants was about ready to fall out and if my packagae was going to get thrown around by their crappy DHL service one more day I probably would not have received my full order. Time to find someone new.
Edit: recieved an email stating cant trust my review if I dont respond to their inquiries, believe me or not this is for current and possible future customers company like this won't change anything.

I bought a Coastal Mist underarm ‘easy glide’ I can say that it is the worst packaged product I have used. The winder at the bottom doesn’t put the product back down. This morning while easy gliding the head came off multiple times as I tried to glide on. Serious fail on the product against its price point. Another huge frustration, as I go onto the web page, I can’t get past the opening offer!!!!!! I don’t want to register my email. Have some professionalism and allow the customer a choice. Also the claim that no marks on clothing incorrect. Lost customer and have to review via trustpilot 😡

Loved the smells, the bar soaps, & body wash as a woman. The shampoo & conditioner left something to be desired. It felt like it stripped my hair& made it more dry. The smells are the best point of these products. Would only purchase the bar soaps next time.
