i still haven't received my order. Thank you for the refund. The tracking does show delivered but i haven't received anything. I was looking forward to checking the Quality of the shirt. In photos I truly like the style and being this was my first ever experience I didnt know the company existed and thought it was a scam cause you had nice inventory and great prices, I was skeptical and then i didnt get what i ordered. So yes i was happy to speak to a person and i didnt get my refund after calling back a second time
Willie, we're sorry for the shipping delay. We shipped your order on time, but the carrier experienced delays outside of our control. To make things right, we issued a full refund, and according to the tracking information, the package was ultimately delivered as well. While we understand the frustration caused by the delay, we did everything we could on our end and hope you'll consider updating your review based on the full resolution

Great experience. I sent a gang sheet file it was printed properly though I forgot one small Letter within the file. I uploaded & paid for the one small letter. They reprinted the one small image while i waited even though they were extremely behind and swamped with orders. This saved the day on an issue that was absolutely my fault to begin with. Thanks again DTF Dallas. Best price & 24hr pickup option makes this best place in DFW area.
