What made my experience great was the excellent Customer Service that I received, and the fact that I was a first time buyer with Dtfsheet.com. Reaching out to them, and being certainly sure that I was following through correctly with placing my order on their website and the turnaround time with having my order arriving on time as requested was Amazing!!, and that is why I turned right back around and re-ordered from them a second time and I'll be ready to place another order in a few more days. They going to get tired of of seeing my name pop up!😄. But yes!, it was the Excellent Customer Service for me!!. Thank You Dtfsheet.com, for your Excellent Customer Service. I'm getting my next order together, in a few days!!. Be ready!!😂.
Shipping was quick with the upcharge. The transfers were ok, I did call to get some support but had to leave message and never received a return call. I had an issue with a transfer not wanting to completely stick. Same issue on several of the same type. and I am not sure what they meant by checking them for every detail, I had a problem with a couple of them.
Though I understand the use of space and maximizing the paper to print as many DTF as possible I felt short changed by having to cut each one so close to the next … and also no room for error cos one mistake cutting and you’re down the amount needed !
No paper like parchment added and just rolled and taped !
Expensive for what it is !
The order arrived promptly. My only issue is that, I pressed some cotton shorts and have only washed them a handful of times. The image is already peeling off. This is the second time that this has happened.
