Absolute piece of junk

Absolute piece of junk. tried using Bluray Creator and WOW...Just terrible.. Menus would not save and then once saved you could not reload and it kept defaulting to the built in menu background.. Froze.. could not read my burner..it just went on and on.. when I finally did get a disc to burn and finished.. it did not have any of the menu options!! Just a background image and nothing else. Wasted a $3 disc.. Not a great way to try and convince me to buy your software...lololol

Trying to get the free version to copy Blu ray. Doesn't work. They keep pushing the paid version.

NO SUBTITLES Over 3 Months

Over 3 Months ago I reported that Subtitles for Channel 4 have disappeared "working on it" since Nov 2023, many updates and still nothing. spent stupid money on this program and I feel like giving up.

Great Service - Trial is trash though

Crashes. Waste of time.

I bought the 1960's Batman TV shows Blu-Ray and I wanted to rip them for playing on my tablet. I tried MakeMVK and DVDFab. MakeMVK had no problem, DVDFab crashed not once but twice - both after about 5 minutes of setting itself up (which if you're sitting there can be a long time).

Blu-ray Ripper doesn't work well

It doesn't matter what settings you try, what combinations you try or what usb port you choose the result is always the same. And it appears others are having issues with this €60 dud software that freezes most of the time. When it does respond it's as slow as a tortoise with a gammy leg. When I spend €60 on a piece of software I expect it to work the way it is advertised. I was told by someone in tech support to turn off CUDA setting or try MKV passthrough instead, this is not a solution! Not only did this not work but it froze up my computer. DVD Fab seem more interested in bombarding people with adverts in their software than actually providing something that works for the money. I'm not interested in the one or two people who managed to make it work on their computers, the star rating on here proves a lot. It's being uninstalled and never used again. Waste of money. I feel like I've been swindled. Only solution at this stage is a refund.

i purchased DVDfab Down loader last year and it works great just the occasional failure I've only ever had about 1 out of around 90 Downloads fail. but I've now purchased DVDfab13 on the 29-11-2023 and the trial version worked fine without any issues. but the full lifetime version i purchased doesn't work at all. it won't complete a copy of any Blu Ray and when it does complete the occasional copy they have no sound. i even tired to copy a Blu Ray to USB stick and it didn't work either. it even freezes up and i have to restart the computer to get it to unfreeze. i tried looking up the help guide and followed the instructions but it still doesn't work. I'm very upset as i spent a lot of money on this program. i contacted the company through their help forms 3 times now and i just got ignored no answer from them. no help whatsoever. i feel I've been scammed. so much for their 30 day money back guarantee. now that they have my money they don't want to know about it. disgusting behavior. stay away from this company it's just a scam. I'll never deal with this company again. "update" I'm now using DVDfab12 instead of version 13. and i find that DVDfab12 works perfectly without any issues. so if any one purchases DVDfab13 just use version 12 instead until they get all the issues with DVDfab13 sorted out. i was initially disappointed with DVDfab13 but so long as i have access to DVDfab12 and it works i can use this for the time being. therefore I've changed my rating and hopefully the company will fix all the issues with version 13 soon. as long as i have access to version 12 which works i now recommend this company.

New to DVDFab today

New to DVDFab today. So far they have delivered what they promised. I am in the process of saving my DVD collection to my NAS and a few discs have been giving me problems with my other DVD program. The problem discs work fine so far with DVDFab. I've tried both the Copy function and the Ripper function and those both seem to meet my needs. Thanks for getting me on my way with this process, I almost gave up on this disc.

Attention foreign film fans; Dvdfab is a great dvd burning program, providing the movie doesn't require SUBTITLES. This program has had the same subtitles glitch for 15 years. The problem; the subtitles appear TOO LOW ON THE SCREEN,.so low that they are half gone, making them unreadable. There are all these buttons on the control panel THAT DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They claim you can change the size of the subtitles, the color, the font etc....but no matter what setting you choose the subtitles come out EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. For instance if you set the subtitles to come out, small and yellow, they will come out white, giant, and half off the screen. And don't even try to add an external subtitle file, because the program knocks them out of sync with the movie. I'm frustrated because I created a lot of foreign film dvd's without checking them...then I discovered that the subtitles are messed up on EVERY disc, so I have to create the dvd's again, a process that will take weeks...I recommend ConvertX for creating dvd's; the subtitles come out fine with this app...unfortunately the picture quality isn't very good, as a result of the app shrinking the movie file for no reason...I imagined that in the year 2023 that these ridiculous glitches wouldn't exist anymore, but the creators of these garbage products are so quick to get their money that they throw non-working crap on to the market anyway...

WARNING DO NOT BUY I purchased the software in November and have never received the licence key, despite sending several emails in November, December and this month. I have sent numerous emails of complaint and have not received any replies!!! I have checked ALL folders, junk and others and done a search throughout all emails folders and no emails to be found. When I try to login online it will not accept my info and when I try to request a password reset no emails are received. When I try to re-register it states I am already registered. I have now put this transaction into dispute with my credit card merchant. So be warned as most other reviews have stated!!

Just grabbing your money and nothing else. Some of their addons are very misleading and tend to cost you more. I agree with other people on here that there are far cheaper alternatives like MakeMKV and Freemake that can do the same job for a lot less brass.

BEWARE, think before your purchase DVDFAB software

Bought DVDFAB DVD Ripper and most of the time it simply doesn't work. I occasionally (about 1 in 5 times) get a successful rip, but 80% of the time the software starts and then after less than a minute grinds to a halt. Many other people have reported the same trouble on the internet and this has being going on for over a year with no correction supplied by DVDFAB. It can't be my computer, because I have tried the software on my other PC and the problem is the same. I realise software can have faults, but to take over a year to correct a problem is just totally unacceptable. Four words to sum this problem "rubbish software, rubbish company". I have been told my honest review may be removed by Trustpilot because I gave it one star. Yet I see many other people have already given it one star. For DVD ripping, use the free open source HANDBRAKE software. It may be slower but it's reliable and doesn't give up and grind to a halt,
